It was a great experience with Rolex. I am really grateful for the service and the opportunity to speak with real watch enthusiasts and professionals. I would like to thank Terry, who helped me to choose an appropriate watch as well as keep me informed at every step. In particular, I was impressed by his hospitality, service, attention, introducing the history of Rolex and watch models. I would definitely recommend Harrods boutique and will revisit.
