Order Cancellation: Within 1 Business Day
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Exchange policy: We are committed to your 100% satisfaction.

We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return Policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you and no refunds / exchange will be issued. The bottom line is we don’t accept goods that are used and even worn.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of the exchanged items back to you.

In order to qualify for a refund or replacement exchange, we ask our customers to contact us first, and then send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for return shipping address before sending the item back. The item/s you would like to return must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and all accessories must also be returned together with the item. All the returned goods should be sent to the shipping address we email you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

We guarantee your satisfaction and if for any reason you are unhappy with the items purchased from us, simply return them to us for an exchange or a full refund. Notify us of the request to exchange or refund within 30 days from the time of goods receipt. Return Procedure as follows:

Our agents are available from 9am – 6pm (UTC+8) to answer your queries. A member of our support team will give you further instructions on how to proceed, based on your specific needs.

There is no return handling fee or whatsoever. Full refunds will be issued when we receive the item. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure all items (including all parts, accessories) are returned together with the invoice or order ID number for us to process your refund faster.

We issue refunds for any type of payment methods: Western Union, MoneyGram, Credit Card, eCheck, Paypal, Skrill, Webmoney, Bank Transfer. (Please note some payment methods may incur extra transaction fee, and customers are responsible for that fee.)
